Once your request has been submitted, we will acknowledge your request within 10 business days, using your preferred method of communication, either by email or mail. We will try our best to fulfill your request within 45 calendar days, however if we need more time, we can extend the process time by an additional 45 days. If we need more time to process your request, we will make sure to notify you.

Please note that we are required to verify certain types of requests.

  • Send you an email to confirm your email address and to ensure future communications and personal information are delivered only to you.
  • Request that you sign a sworn statement that “you are you.”
